The main active component of tea extract is tea polyphenols, also known as tea tannin, tea knead, which is a kind of polyhydroxy phenolic compounds existing in tea. Its main components are catechins (flavanols), flavonoids and flavonols, anthocyanins andLeucoanthocyanidin and phenolic acids ,Theaflavin ,EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), depsides and other four classes of substances, is a complex composed of more than 30 kinds of phenolic substances.

Fresh leaves of green tea to retain a greater amount of natural substances,anti-aging, anti-cancer, bactericidal, anti inflammatory and other special effects. Natural substances in green tea much higher than other tea's natural substances.


The anti-aging effect of tea extract mainly comes from the antioxidant effect of tea polyphenols. The scavenging ability of reactive oxygen free radicals is stronger than vitamin C and vitamin E, which can reduce skin aging and delay skin aging. Tea polyphenols can inhibit the activities of tyrosinase and peroxidase in skin melanism, freckles, brown spots and senile spots, thus effectively inhibiting the production of pigment. Tea polyphenols in tea extract is a kind of natural product with moisturizing effect, which has hyaluronidase inhibitory activity. The skin care products containing tea polyphenols have good adhesion ability to the skin, and can make the coarse pores shrink, so that the loose skin convergence, tight and reduce wrinkles.
