Astragaloside ⅳ is an organic substance, the chemical formula is C41H68O14, Due to the different content , Appearance is the brown powder to white powder , the higher content , the more fair appearance The main active ingredient in astragalus membranaceus is astragalus polysaccharides, astragalus saponin (astragalussaponins) and astragalus isoflavones (isoflavones), mainly USES Astragaloside ⅳ as the standard to evaluate the quality of huangqi herbs. Pharmacological studies have shows that Astragalus membranaceus has the functions of enhancing immune function, strengthening heart and lowering blood pressure, lowering blood glucose, diuresis, anti-aging and anti-fatigue etc.
The main active ingredients in astragalus are polysaccharides and astragaloside. Astragaloside is divided into astragaloside Ⅰ, astragaloside Ⅱ, and astragaloside Ⅳ. after evaluate , astragaloside IV (astragaloside IV) has the best biological activity. Astragaloside ⅳ not only has the effects of astragalus polysaccharide, but also has some incomparable effects of astragalus polysaccharide. the efficacy is more than 2 times that of conventional astragalus polysaccharide, and its antiviral effect is 30 times that of astragalus polysaccharide. Due to the small content and good effect, it is also known as "super astragalus polysaccharide"
